Bridge – Chicago

April 7, 2015

Built in 1922, the Wells Street Bridge connects the North Side of Chicago to the Loop. This is a 2 level bridge with the CTA Brown/Purple line traveling on top and 3 lanes of southbound traffic below.

This view is looking east from the Franklin Street bridge. It was late afternoon and the light was starting to get pretty nice. I liked the way the light fell on the Brown Line train as it crossed the river.
